Hello, I'm Bill Morton and welcome to Blount County! If you are new to the area, congratulations on a move that you will never forget! If you live here now, you already know all that our beautiful valley has to offer. I am a native of Blount County,a graduate of the Maryville city school system, and a full-time Realtor since 1985.
I am very proud to have built a successful real estate career in the county. My certifications include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute of Tennessee), and managing broker. I am a former director of the local Realtor Association & have been a member or chairman of most Association committees including Professional Standards, Member Services, By-Laws & Grievance. I have been awarded the "Agent of the Year," award and Knoxville Association of Realtors "Award of Excellence."
My wife Jane, is Director of the High School program for Blount County Schools. The areas I represent are Maryville, Alcoa, Walland, Townsend, and Louisville; I work in Knoxville by referral.
